One of the types of nesting boxes created at Jake’s Jolly Jigsaws is the possum box. Here’s a true story about how this type of nesting box can be useful:

Tash was having trouble with possums. As we all know, in Australia it is illegal to move possums, but Tash had a few possums in her roof and they were really getting to her. She asked Jake’s Jolly Jigsaws for help. Jake was onto it, and decided to solve this problem by creating a possum box. Tash knew that the possums that were bothering her often slid down her power line at night, so Jake came over and placed the possum box under the power line, on a tree a good distance away from her house. A few days later, Tash got in touch with Jake saying that the possums had moved into the possum box and were no longer disrupting her.
